👋 Hello, I'm Sarah Autumn. I’m a Leeds based creative community organiser, event producer, compère, designer, and PR person. My main work involves facilitating arts activism workshops, a poetry group, and a radical book club all based at Left Bank Leeds. I also run a social enterprise, (BTL Leeds), with my business partner, Denetta Copeland. We produce community events that showcase local artists and inspiring organisations. I take on one-three nonprofit consultancy projects per quarter, which usually involve project management, marketing, or PR. Below are my some examples of my work and my consultancy rates.

An initial meeting to learn more about the organisation and its products/services and clients. I’ll also ask questions to identify the needs of the team and any challenges or barriers they experience in relation to marketing and promotion. I’ll then conduct my own company research and full marketing audit. The audit will consider design and usability as well as analytics of web pages, social media and email campaigns

Following the meeting, company research and marketing audit I’ll produce a comprehensive but easy to action report with suggestions, tools, tactics and tips. The report and accompanying resource folder will include:

• An overview of survey, research and analytics findings
• Things to consider with regards to branding, web and social media design and usability
• Things to consider with regards to best channels, posting frequency, posting times and scheduling content
• Content ideas for blog posts and social media themes Specific tools which may be useful such as scheduling tools, content creation tools, links to training resources, etc
• Tactical tips and checklists based on initial conversations

*Some of the suggestions will be immediately implementable, others maybe for future consideration.
